Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this window, we are unable to offer a refund.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Original packaging, jewelry pouches, and tags (if applicable) must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email hello@jewelianastudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days. Returns shipped after this timeframe may result in a reduced refund.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

The following fees apply to all customer-initiated returns (unless the item is defective or incorrect):

  • Return Shipping Fee: $8 for each shipment

  • Restocking Fee: $10 for each piece

These fees will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we may reduce or decline the refund.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please email hello@jewelianastudio.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@jewelianastudio.comwith a description and clear photo. We will make it right.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
