SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Jeweliana Studio. We aim to process and ship all orders with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Time
Ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship only within the United States.
All packages ship from California using USPS.
Available shipping options:
USPS Standard — $8
USPS Express — $25
Standard with Shipping Guarantee — $11
Provides package insurance in case of loss
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 USD
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: USPS delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Guarantee Details
If Shipping Guarantee ($11) is purchased:
Your order is fully insured.
If USPS confirms the package is lost, the insurance will cover the full value of your order.
The customer will need to file a claim with the insurance company, and Jeweliana Studio will assist with the entire process.
After claim approval, the insurance company will reimburse or replace the package depending on their policy.
If Shipping Guarantee is not purchased:
Jeweliana Studio will still assist by contacting USPS, checking tracking, and submitting missing mail reports.
However, we are not responsible for USPS delays, mishandling, or lost packages.
If USPS confirms the package is lost and no insurance was purchased, no refund or replacement will be issued, as delivery is the responsibility of the carrier once the package leaves our studio.
5. Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages (Without Guarantee)
If your package appears lost or delayed without a Shipping Guarantee:
Contact USPS with your tracking number
Then email hello@jewelianastudio.com
We will help as much as possible, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost packages without insurance
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, please email hello@jewelianastudio.com immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
8. Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped within the United States. Applicable state and local sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Jeweliana Studio collects and remits sales tax as required by law.
