After the Rain: Rainbow Bracelets
This rainbow bracelet was created during a quiet, uncertain season.
Over the holidays, we experienced days of heavy rain and king tides that flooded parts of our area. With my husband working long hours and three boys at home, I found myself balancing parenting, my professional work, and creativity—while also navigating self-doubt as social media engagement slowed. The rain felt constant, both outside and emotionally.
During that time, a friend placed a custom order for a bracelet as a birthday gift for two special girls. As she watched me design with intention, she asked if I would create one for her as well. That trust came at exactly the moment I needed reassurance.
While driving to drop off her bracelet, I saw a vivid rainbow emerge from the rain in a small valley. I pulled over to take a photo, feeling a clear reminder to stop focusing on distractions and instead trust what I was already holding.
That same day, my middle son quietly left me a folded piece of artwork with my name on it beside my bed. Waking up to it filled me with gratitude and grounded me in what truly matters.
Inspired by these moments, I created two rainbow bracelets.
Inspired by that moment, I created two rainbow bracelets—one bold and one softer—using a full spectrum of stones
The larger bracelet features red garnet, carnelian, citrine, moss agate, sodalite-in-quartz, lapis, AAA-grade amethyst, and clear quartz, including a faceted AAA clear quartz centerpiece that reflects light like sky and sunshine. The smaller bracelet offers a softer interpretation, using AAA clear quartz paired with red jasper, orange jasper, citrine, green aventurine, sodalite-in-quartz, and dog-tooth amethyst rondels—designed for those who prefer a lighter, everyday piece.
One of these bracelets became a gift for a coworker celebrating a milestone birthday while her family faced serious health challenges. Though I hesitated at first, it quickly felt meant to be. She loved it, and in that moment, the connection between creativity, timing, and care became clear.
This was my second order of 2026—arriving after a season of doubt and reminding me why I create.
After the rain, there was a rainbow.
And for me, that is what this bracelet holds.
With hands and heart,
Juliana
